Tube magnet TM

The tube magnet TM is suitable for an easy seperation of ferrous impurities from your prodcut flow.

The tube magnet TM is generally installed in downpipes. Of course they can be modified for the use in suction pipes.

• electro magnetic execution with control cabinet and by-pass
• housing in stainless steel
• diameters from Ø 100 mm up to Ø 700 mm
• capacities from 10 m³/h up to 500 m³/h
• height: from 580 up to 1750 mm

Cratemagnet SEGR

Our cratemagnets SEGR are suited for an easy cleaning of your product from ferrous impurities.

The cascade magnet SEPLZ is used by default in the conveyor line.

• permanent magnet in the following materials: ferrite and neodymium
• other magnetic matrials on demand
• housing in stainless steel
• round and angular inlet/outlet possible
• capacities: 5 m³/h up to 150 m³/h
• minor height

Magnetic grid GR

The magnetic grid GR is suitable for an easy seperation of ferrous impurities from your prodcut flow.

The magnetic grids GR may be used in any case wherever an easy seperation off ferrous parts is necessary. The size of the grid can be adapt to your needs.

• from Ø 100 mm up to Ø 400 mm
• from 100 x 100 mm up to 400 x 400 mm

The magnetic plate PL is suitable for an easy seperation of ferrous impurities from your prodcut flow.

The magnetic plates PL may be used in any case wherever an easy seperation off ferrous parts is necessary. The size of the plate can be adapt to your needs.
